I use slakey and most vendors in this area. The customer service is horrible. I actually felt oddly uncomfortable my last drop in. I now go to Seigler and pay more. Not going to say better knowledge because they don't. Thru are more polite and I don't feel like I owe them a tip or cc number for assistance.
